October 7 Comics is a selection of illustrated comics created from the moment of the birth of the artist’s eldest daughter and throughout the year of the October 7 war. The works trace an intimate, ongoing visual response to a period marked by profound personal and collective rupture.
Published weekly in Haaretz, the comics operate at the intersection of private life and public reality, using the language of drawing to register vulnerability, continuity, and the passage of time under conditions of uncertainty.
