This handkerchief was inspired by a passage from Women Who Run with the Wolves, in which the author reflects on the women we encounter throughout life who are not our biological mothers, yet arrive as guides along the way.
The image depicts a figure riding wolves that pull a carriage carrying elderly, wise women. From within the carriage, hands extend bearing fruit — symbols of both spiritual and material abundance, and of the knowledge these women carry.
The work gestures toward nurturing, intuition, and the centrality of human connection in women’s lives.
